The renovation follows a three-phase strategy: preserving the concrete frame as memory, removing walls and the second-floor slab to create a double-height exhibition hall, and adding a lightweight steel walkway and cantilevered roof to expand public space. Functions are divided into three streams—visitors through the Time Corridor, villagers through the community living room, and services connecting to the brewery, forming a "Site–Brewery–Village" tourism loop. Sustainable strategies include PV panels, natural ventilation, rainwater harvesting, and recycled demolition bricks for paving. Through phased renovation, the project transforms an enclosed campus into an open cultural catalyst, activating rural revitalization while preserving heritage and serving the community.
